Bring Your Lab Requisition and Alberta Health Card
A valid laboratory requisition from your healthcare provider is required before we can collect your sample.
Please also bring your Alberta Health Care card.

Pay the Collection Fee
A $12 convenience fee applies for laboratory sample collection and is payable at the clinic.
If your test requires fasting or any special preparation, please follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider or shown on your requisition.

Blood Sample Collection
Our certified phlebotomist collects blood samples for:

Some samples require special instructions, and a few tests cannot be collected at this location. Our staff and phlebotomist can advise you accordingly.
Please Note: Infiniti Medical Clinic is a sample collection service only. All laboratory testing, analysis, and result reporting is performed by Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL). We do not operate an on-site diagnostic laboratory.
What Happens to Your Sample?
Your sample is collected at Infiniti Medical Clinic and securely transported to Alberta Precision Laboratories for testing.
Test results are sent directly by Alberta Precision Laboratories to the healthcare provider who ordered your laboratory work.

Is walk-in lab collection available?
Walk-in availability may be offered subject to clinic capacity. We recommend calling ahead to confirm before your visit.
How long do results take?
Turnaround times vary by test. Routine bloodwork is typically available within a few business days. Your physician will notify you of your results through their normal process.
